Ordering is simple. Enjoy browsing our product range or be inspired through our delicious recipes – find the products you desire, click ‘add to cart’ or ‘make me yours’. When all products are added to the cart, checkout via the cart icon at the top right of the page. Fill in your details and preferred payment. Click ‘Place Order’ and voila you have ordered.
You don’t need an account to place an order. If you love what you see, please tick to receive our newsletters filled with inspiring recipes and deliciousness.
Please be sure to include your email address on your order to ensure easy postal tracking. You will receive an email via Sendle or Australia Post with a tracking number and link to follow your package.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
Our delivery provider, Sendle uses a road-delivery network that is efficient and speedy. If your email address is provided, Sendle will email an estimated time of delivery to help you keep track of your order. In general, same city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 days.
The Wild for Life’s products are perishable goods and we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange on any purchase.
Wild for Life is not liable for any loss of goods by Sendle or Australia Post in the process of delivery to you. However, in some cases if your order does not arrive, Wild for Life may issue a discretionary refund. In those cases, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
It is Wild for Life’s policy to review the following circumstances for replacement of items – if your items arrive damaged or you receive the wrong order or exorbitantly late. Don’t hesitate to contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a brief description.
Please send through an email to email@example.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. Once we have reviewed the damaged items, a replacement will be sent at Wild for Life’s discretion.
