INGREDIENTS

¾ cup of Wild for Life Paleo Porridge
1 ½ cups of almond milk
1 organic carrot, grated
1 tsp Wild for Life Sweet Earth spice blend
⅓ cup maple syrup – real maple syrup please
½ cup pecans, toasted or activated
½ cup coconut flakes, toasted
½ cup currants or raisins
Dollop of your favourite coconut yoghurt to serve.

METHOD

On the stove, mix the Paleo Porridge together with, spices and milk.
Remove from heat, add and stir through carrot, maple syrup and half the pecans.
Transfer to two jars or glasses.
Allow to cool or pop in fridge for 10 minutes.
Contain your excitement whilst you serve it topped with a dollop of coconut yoghurt and a sprinkle of coconut flakes and remaining pecans.
