Roasted Turmeric Maca Butter Cauliflower
Filled with an abundance of healthy good fats and nourishing protein, our Roasted Turmeric Maca Butter Cauliflower is a quick go-to lunch or easy dinner. Simply make our quick Turmeric Maca Butter first whilst roasting vegetables.
PREP TIME: 8 minutes
COOK TIME: 10-15 minutes
Preheat oven to 180-200c
Soak red currants in warm water for 5 minutes.
Toss sliced cauliflower in coconut oil and season with Himalayan Crystal salt.
Roast in oven for 10minutes or until golden, turning half way.
Serve cauliflower on a plate with turmeric maca butter and a sprinkling of red currants. Further season if needed. Enjoy.
