INGREDIENTS

9 medium plums, halved & pitted
5 star anise
2 cinnamon sticks
3 tbsp spiced ghee

METHOD

Start by making the Spiced Ghee.
Place the halved plums in a baking dish.
Drizzle and toss plums with spiced ghee.
Pour half a cup of water into the base and sprinkle on the spices.
Cover and bake at 180c for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and bake further for 10 minutes.
Ready to serve and enjoy.
